Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Objekt, a mobile application published by sagawrr (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Objekt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Objekt lets you create stickers from camera captures or photos, store them on your device, and share or export them. Features may change over time. Some capabilities depend on your device, operating system, and available on-device services.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws of your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Objekt only with a parent or guardian’s permission.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Objekt on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable app store rules.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by law.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of photos and stickers you create. You are responsible for the content you capture, import, store, and share. You represent that you have the rights needed to use that content in Objekt and that your use does not violate law or others’ rights (including privacy and publicity).
Stickers and related files are stored on your device. We do not claim ownership of them. If you share content outside the app, that sharing is governed by the destination service’s terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Objekt to:
- Violate any law or third-party right
- Harass, exploit, or harm others
- Create or distribute illegal, abusive, or infringing material
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or related services
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
6. Third-party services
The app may rely on device features and platform services (for example Google Play, on-device machine learning, or the system share sheet). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7. Disclaimers
Objekt is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that cutouts will be perfect, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that sticker files will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, sagawrr and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Objekt. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) zero if the app is free.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using Objekt at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or stop providing the app, or revoke your license, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. If changes are material, we will provide a reasonable notice method (for example in-app or on this site). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies. Courts in Kathmandu, Nepal have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
